In a unique location between Siena and Grosseto is a farm.
Owned by the company itself 4 ha are new wine from the vines Doc Montecucco, around 1,000 m² olive trees, 20 ha of arable land and about 30 hectares of forest.
A total of 70 hectares.
The farmhouse of 700 square meters, is a unique building from 1750. Totally restored in the original condition of the old properties.
The facilities are new and equipped with modern technical solutions in harmony with the environment (integrated floor of 14 square meters of solar thermal panels – hot water); LPG tank of 3,000 liters.
On the farm there is a boiler room of 60 square meters, half of which is used for laundry / storage.
Also located on the property of an agricultural barn of 120 m², two swimming pools, one of 4.5 x 1.5 m and a 5 x 16 m. The lowest point is at the highest point 2.10 m.
